Особенности проведения контроля качества и безопасности медицинской деятельности в онкологии (обзор литературы)

Аннотация

Введение. В последние десятилетия достигнут значительный прогресс в разработке и внедрении программ лечения злокачественных опухолей. В связи с этим постоянно предъявляются новые требования к организации и проведению контроля качества медицинской деятельности по профилю «Онкология». 

Цель работы — обзор зарубежной литературы и поиск наиболее актуальных критериев оценки контроля качества и безопасности медицинской деятельности в онкологии. 

Материал и методы. Для поиска релевантных и надёжных источников литературы была использована база данных PubMed. В исследовании применялась тематическая и смысловая методология получения информации. В поисковой строке вводились запросы по теме обеспечения качества и безопасности медицинской деятельности при лечении пациентов с онкологическими заболеваниями. 

Результаты. Всего было отобрано, тщательно изучено и проанализировано более 80 наиболее значимых публикаций. 60 источников были включены в данный обзор. Международный опыт указывает на предпочтительность оценки качества онкологической помощи методом определения и измерения определённых индикаторов. В современной мировой практике наиболее широкое применение получили методы, основанные на актуальной модели оценки качества и безопасности (Donabedian А., 1966 г.), в которой выделяют структурные индикаторы, индикаторы процессов и индикаторы исходов. В организации аудита медицинской деятельности важна обратная связь, позволяющая модифицировать и сфокусировать методы оценки на конкретных задачах непосредственно в процессе контроля. Большое разнообразие онкопатологии требует разработки специальных индикаторов качества для конкретных видов рака. 

Заключение. Контроль медицинской деятельности является необходимым атрибутом функционирования системы здравоохранения. Внедрение новых, эффективных и специализированных методик аудита способствует улучшению качества и безопасности медицинских технологий. В рамках совершенствования системы контроля медицинской деятельности в онкологии продолжается поиск оптимальных индикаторов медицинской деятельности, стандартных операционных процедур.
