Введение. Установленными признаками результативности лечения заболеваний, в том числе глаукомы, специалисты считают результаты клинических исследований, а в офтальмологии - состояние зрения. Тем не менее эти показатели имеют весомый недостаток - остаётся неясным восприятие больными собственного состояния, которое отражается на его жизнедеятельности и уровне благополучия, т. е. на качестве жизни (КЖ). Цель настоящего исследования: изучение КЖ больных глаукомой для определения эффективности проведённого лечения. Материал и методы. Изучение КЖ проведено у 228 больных глаукомой в возрасте 60-75 лет в 1-й день обследования и через 6 мес после проводимого лечения методом селективной лазерной трабекулопластики в Краснодарском филиале МНТК «Микрохирургия глаза имени академика С.Н. Фёдорова». Результаты. Наиболее выраженное снижение КЖ характерно для таких показателей, как общая оценка зрения, зрение вдаль, зрение вблизи (р < 0,001), т. е. связанных со спецификой данного заболевания, вызывающего прежде всего нарушение зрительной функции. Выполненное высокотехнологичное лечение больных глаукомой достоверно повысило КЖ по всем показателям, что указывает на его эффективность. Особенно существенно улучшились восприятие зрения вдаль и общая оценка зрения. Заключение. Определение различных показателей КЖ больных глаукомой после лечения позволяет всесторонне судить об изменении состояния здоровья и проводить эффективнее лечение, учитывая мнение пациентов.
Introduction. Traditional indicators of the effectiveness of treatment of various diseases, including glaucoma, experts believe the results of clinical studies, and in ophthalmology - the state of vision. However, all these indicators have a significant drawback-it remains unclear the patients ' perception of their own condition, which affects their life and well-being, that is, the quality of life (QL). The aim of this study is to study the quality of life of glaucoma patients to determine the effectiveness of the treatment. Material and methods. The study of QL was carried out in 228 patients with glaucoma aged 60-75 years on the first day of the examination and 6 months after the treatment by selective laser trabeculoplasty in the Krasnodar branch of the ISTC "eye microsurgery named after academician S. N. Fedorov". Results. The most pronounced decrease in QL is typical for such indicators as General assessment of vision, vision in the distance, vision near (p < 0.001), that is, associated with the specifics of the disease, which causes primarily a violation of visual function. Performed high-tech treatment of patients with glaucoma significantly increased the quality of life in all respects, which clearly indicates its effectiveness. Especially significantly improved the perception of distance vision and overall assessment of vision. Conclusion. The definition of various indicators of QL in glaucoma patients after treatment allows a comprehensive assessment of the change in health and to conduct more effective treatment, taking into account the opinion of patients.
