Телефон доверия (ТД) как стратегия профилактики суицидального поведения существует в России уже около 40 лет и является важным ресурсом для эмоциональной поддержки людей, переживающих кризисную ситуацию. Однако на сегодняшний день обозначился ряд проблем, которые требуют решения и оптимизации службы. </p><p>Цель исследования — на примере кабинета ТД, функционирующего в структуре Красноярского краевого психоневрологического диспансера № 1, выявить типичные проблемы в оказании экстренной психологической помощи лицам с суицидальным поведением и обозначить возможные пути их решения. </p></sec><sec><title>Материал и методы</title><p>Материал и методы. Проведен анализ телефонных звонков за 9 лет (2011–2019 гг.). Оценивали общее количество звонков, количество кризисных и суицидальных звонков, структуру звонков по тематике и кратности обращений. Статистическую обработку полученных результатов проводили с использованием пакета прикладных программ «Statistics v.22» («IBM SPSS»). </p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. За 2011–2019 гг. общее количество звонков составило 21 496, из них 1327 кризисных, 574 суицидальных. В общей структуре обращений доля кризисных звонков составляет 3,8–9,0%; суицидальных — 1,8–3,6%. Основная часть приходилась на звонки психологического содержания (36,5%), информационные (27,4%) и звонки, связанные с вопросами психического или соматического здоровья (27,1%). </p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Низкая доля кризисных и суицидальных звонков свидетельствует о недостаточном охвате населения целевой помощью. Для оптимизации работы ТД предлагается расширить возможности кризисной службы в виде телефонного сопровождения лиц, выписанных из кризисного отделения после совершения суицидальной попытки, с целью предупреждения у них рецидива. Стратегия управления рисками с привлечением ресурсов кризисных линий позволит повысить эффективность профилактических мероприятий в области превенции самоубийств.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Background</title><p>Background. It has been about 40 years since Russian public healthcare used the telephone crisis line for suicide prevention. The crisis line is a crucial support resource for people in emotional crises and decreases suicidal rates — however, few problems need to be solved to optimize crisis line service.</p><p>The purpose is to reveal limitations and find possible ways of improvement emergent help for people with suicidal behaviour example, the crisis line of Krasnoyarsk Area Psychoneurologic Dispensary № 1.</p></sec><sec><title>Material and methods</title><p>Material and methods. Crisis line service telephone calls over nine years (2011–2019) were analyzed. Total number of calls, number of calls with emotional crisis and suicidal behaviour, calls structure and their multiplicity. IBM SPSS Statistics, Version 22 was used for statistical analysis of data.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. Total number of calls over nine years (2011–2019) was 21.496, of the 1.327 calls from the crisis patients (3.8–9.0% of all calls) and 574 calls from the patients with suicide behaviour (1.8–3.6% of all calls). Most calls were regarding psychological problems (36.5%), receive information (27.5%) and calls regarding psychiatric or somatic health (27.5%).</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion. Low proportion of crisis and suicidal calls reflects insufficient population coverage with targeted assistance. In order to improve the abilities of the crisis counselling line, we suggest patronage of patients with suicidal attempts after discharge to prevent its recurrence.
