Карантинные меры в условиях пандемии COVID-19, ограничение возможностей личного контакта, возросшая нагрузка на систему здравоохранения привели к переосмыслению и трансформации готовности пациентов к цифровизации здравоохранения. </p><p>Цель исследования — сформировать профиль пациента, готового к использованию цифровых технологий и методов искусственного интеллекта (ИИ) при получении медицинской помощи в период пандемии COVID-19, по результатам анализа технологической компетентности и цифровой грамотности.</p></sec><sec><title>Материал и методы</title><p>Материал и методы. В работе использован метод социологического опроса 557 пациентов посредством заполнения Google-формы, размещённой в сети Интернет. Опрос состоял из 11 блоков, включающих оценку отношения к цифровым технологиям в здравоохранении и ИИ. </p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. В группе пациентов, готовых к использованию электронных носимых устройств для наблюдения и контроля за состоянием здоровья, средний возраст респондентов составил 41,8 ± 0,7 года, преобладали пациенты женского пола — 225 (74%) человек, регулярно контролировали свой уровень артериального давления 131 (43,1%) человек, оценивали своё здоровье как хорошее — 137 (45%) и удовлетворительное — 133 (43,7%), преимущественно работали полный рабочий день — 256 (84,2%), выполняли физические упражнения регулярно — 104 (34,2%) и редко — 148 (48,7%). Считают возможным использование методов ИИ при оказании медицинской помощи, профилактике развития заболеваний и формировании здорового образа жизни всего 164 респондента (29,4%), против 256 человек (45,9%), остальные 137 человек (24,6%) затруднились ответить. Против использования методов ИИ чаще высказывались женщины (49,7%), чем мужчины (33,6%).</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. При разработке эффективных программ повышения уровня и темпа цифровизации здравоохранения необходимо учитывать характеристики профиля пациента, готового к использованию цифровых технологий и методов ИИ при получении медицинской помощи.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Introduction</title><p>Introduction. During the COVID-19 pandemic, there was quarantine, limited contacts, and an increased burden on the healthcare system in the last two years. These problems have led to a rethinking and transformation of patients’ readiness for the digitalisation of healthcare.</p></sec><sec><title>Purpose</title><p>Purpose. to form a patient profile, ready to use digital technologies and artificial intelligence methods in medical care during the COVID-19 pandemic, based on technological competence and digital literacy skills analysis.</p></sec><sec><title>Material and methods</title><p>Material and methods. The sociological survey of patients was used through the remote distribution of links to the Google form on the Internet. The survey consists of 11 blocks, including an assessment of attitudes towards digital technologies and artificial intelligence in healthcare.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. The average age of respondents was 41.8 ± 0.7 years, mostly female 225 (74%) in the group of patients ready to use electronic wearable devices to monitor and control their health. One hundred thirty-one people (43.1 %) regularly monitor their blood pressure levels. One hundred thirty-seven people (45%) assess their health as good and 133 (43.7%) satisfactory. 256 (84.2%) respondents mostly work full-time. Ones do physical exercises regularly in 34.2% (n = 104) cases and rarely in 48,7% (n = 148). Only 164 respondents (29.4%) consider it possible to use artificial intelligence methods in providing medical care, preventing the development of diseases and promoting a healthy lifestyle, against 256 people (45.9%), the remaining 137 people (24.6%) found it difficult to answer. Women (49.7%) were more often against artificial intelligence methods than men (33.6%).</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion.
