Грамотность в вопросах здоровья оказывает непосредственное влияние на глобальное здоровье, социальные показатели, семейные отношения, включая индивидуальное поведение в отношении своего здоровья. Фундаментальный элемент эффективной системы здравоохранения – это информация для населения о защите и управлении своим здоровьем и здоровьем тех, за кого они несут ответственность. Медицинская грамотность как основной навык необходима для поиска, понимания, анализа получаемой из различных источников медицинских данных. </p></sec><sec><title>Цель</title><p>Цель. Анализ формирования и влияния медицинской грамотности населения на реализацию целей устойчивого развития и других задач в области здравоохранения.</p></sec><sec><title>Материал и методы</title><p>Материал и методы. Методы поиска литературы включали поисковые запросы по базам данных Web of Science, Scopus, MedLine, The Cochrane Library.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Всеобщий доступ к важной информации здравоохранения ещё не нашел отражения в официальном мониторинге, что указывает на необходимость улучшения доступа отдельных лиц к медицинской информации с целью оказания более эффективной помощи.</p><p>Доступность и использование надёжной информации о здоровье зависит от целостности глобальной информационной системы здравоохранения. Системный подход к проблеме демонстрирует жизненно важный вклад огромного количества и разнообразия «компонентов», включая исследования в области здравоохранения, публикацию и распространение таких исследований, систематические обзоры, разработку руководящих принципов и множество различных вторичных результатов для пользователей.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Отсутствие доступа к медицинской информации является социальной несправедливостью, которую мировое сообщество здравоохранения не может позволить себе игнорировать. Доступ к важной информации о здравоохранении является предпосылкой и одним из компонентов обеспечения всеобщего охвата услугами здравоохранения.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Introduction</title><p>Introduction. Health literacy directly impacts global health, social indicators, family relationships, and individual health behaviour. A fundamental element of an effective health system is information for the population on the protection and management of their health and those for whom they are responsible. As an essential skill, medical literacy is necessary for searching, understanding, and analyzing medical data from various sources. Improving people’s health literacy is critical to achieving responsibility for health.</p></sec><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim. Analysis of the formation and impact of health literacy on the achievement of sustainable development and other health objectives.</p></sec><sec><title>Material and methods</title><p>Material and methods. Literature search methods included search queries on Web of Science, Scopus, MedLine, The Cochrane Library databases.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. Global access to essential health information is not reflected in official monitoring, indicating the need to improve access to health information to provide more effective care.</p><p>The availability and use of reliable health information depend on the integrity of the global health information system. A systemic approach to the problem demonstrates the vital contribution of a vast number and variety of «components”, including health research, publication and dissemination of such research, systematic reviews, Development of guidelines and many different secondary outputs for users.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion. Lack of access to health information is a social injustice that the world health community cannot afford to ignore.
