Введение. «Эффект здорового рабочего» (ЭЗР) – организованный (со стороны работодателя) и/или неорганизованный (со стороны рабочего) отбор работающих в неблагоприятных условиях труда, обусловленный их функциональными возможностями и состоянием здоровья, – представляет собой одну из важнейших проблем при проведении эпидемиологических исследований в профпатологии.

Цель и задачи

Цель и задачи: анализ ЭЗР в медицине труда, научной и медицинской терминологии по проблеме ЭЗР, возможная инверсия эффекта воздействия вредных и неблагоприятных условий труда с учётом данного феномена, интенсивность ЭЗР в различных профессиональных когортах.

Материал и методы

Материал и методы. В работе представлен анализ литературных источников, посвящённых проблеме ЭЗР и представленных в международной базе данных Scopus (15 работ), Научной электронной библиотеке eLibrary (9 работ), а также наиболее значимых работ в данной области, имеющих историческое значение (9 работ), отображены данные об анализе эпидемиологических исследований в профпатологии и медицине труда, проанализирована научная и медицинская терминология научных исследований ЭЗР, изучена возможная инверсия эффекта воздействия вредных и неблагоприятных условий труда в данном явлении.

Результаты

Результаты. В медицине труда и профпатологии необходима унификация используемой научной и медицинской терминологии при проведении исследований ЭЗР и учёт возможной инверсии эффекта воздействия вредных и неблагоприятных условий труда с ЭЗР.

Выводы

Выводы. ЭЗР и его интенсивность в различных профессиональных когортах может косвенно характеризовать вредность и неблагоприятность условий. ЭЗР, степень его выраженности и интенсивность определяют необходимость медицинского и социального обеспечения, а также реабилитационных мероприятий в данных профессиональных когортах.

The ”healthy worker effect” (HWE) is currently understood as organized (on the part of the employer) and/or unorganized (self-selection on the part of the worker, due to the functional capabilities and state of health of workers in unfavourable working conditions, is one of the most critical problems when conducting epidemiological studies in occupational pathology. 

Purpose and objectives

Purpose and objectives. Analysis of the problem in occupational health and safety, the scientific and medical terminology used in the study of the issue of occupational health and safety, taking into account the possible inversion of the effect of exposure to harmful and unfavourable working conditions taking into account this phenomenon, as well as the intensity of occupational health and safety in various professional cohorts.

Results

Results. When conducting epidemiological studies in occupational health and occupational pathology, it is necessary to unify the scientific and medical terminology used in researching HWE and consider the possible inversion of exposure to harmful and unfavourable working conditions taking into account this phenomenon. 

Conclusions

Conclusions. HWE and its intensity in various professional cohorts can indirectly characterize the harmfulness and unfavorability of conditions. HWE, its degree of severity and intensity determine the need for medical and social security and rehabilitation measures in these professional cohorts.
