В условиях глобальных климатических изменений важной задачей является разработка современных методов моделирования и прогнозирования комплексного влияния метеорологических и экологических компонентов окружающей среды на физическое здоровье для оперативной разработки мер профилактики сердечно-сосудистой патологии (ССП) у человека.</p><p>Цель исследования — разработка эффективного метода гигиенической оценки риска возникновения ССП, формирующейся под влиянием комплексного воздействия метеорологических и химических факторов окружающей среды.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. Изучали среднегодовые и среднесезонные колебания метеорологических факторов, рассчитывали биоклиматические индексы, индекс патогенности метеорологической ситуации и жёсткости погоды, проводили оценку концентраций химических веществ в атмосферном воздухе, анализ влияния метеорологических факторов окружающей среды на частоту возникновения ССП у населения, проживающего в индустриальном регионе.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. На основе проведённых исследований установлено неблагоприятное комбинированное влияние метеорологических компонентов окружающей среды на процессы терморегуляции у жителей промышленного региона. Выявлена взаимосвязь между среднесуточными показателями скорости ветра и сезонным превышением предельно допустимых концентраций некоторых веществ в атмосферном воздухе за ряд лет. Сочетание сезонных колебаний метеорологических факторов с повышенными уровнями загрязнений атмосферного воздуха города тяжёлыми металлами являются факторами, увеличивающими частоту возникновения ССП у населения.</p></sec><sec><title>Ограничения исследования</title><p>Ограничения исследования. Исследования не имели методических и административных ограничений.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Разработан метод расчёта и оценки риска возникновения ССП, формирующейся под влиянием комплексного воздействия метеорологических и химических факторов окружающей среды.</p><p>Соблюдение этических стандартов. In the context of global climate changes occurring on the planet, an important task is to develop modern methods for modelling and forecasting the complex influence of meteorological and environmental components of the environment on physical health, for the rapid development of measures to prevent diseases of the cardiovascular system in human.</p></sec><sec><title>The purpose</title><p>The purpose. Development of an effective method for hygienic assessment of the risk of cardiovascular pathology, which is formed under the influence of the complex effects of meteorological and chemical environmental factors.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. The average annual and seasonal fluctuations of meteorological factors were studied. Bioclimatic indices, the index of pathogenicity of the meteorological situation, and severity of the weather were calculated. Concentrations of chemicals in atmospheric air were assessed, and the influence of meteorological environmental factors on the incidence of cardiovascular pathology in the population living in an industrial region was analyzed.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. Based on the conducted studies, an unfavourable combined effect of meteorological components of the environment on thermoregulation processes in residents of an industrial region has been established. The relationship between the average daily wind speed and the seasonal excess of the maximum permissible concentrations of certain substances in the atmospheric air over a number of years has been revealed. The combination of seasonal fluctuations in meteorological factors with increased levels of pollution of the city’s atmospheric air with heavy metals are factors that increase the incidence of cardiovascular pathology in the population.</p></sec><sec><title>Research limitations</title><p>Research limitations. The studies had no methodological or administrative restrictions.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusions</title><p>Conclusions: There has been developed the method for calculating and assessing the risk of cardiovascular pathology, formed under the influence of the complex effects of meteorological and chemical environmental factors.</p><p>Compliance with ethical standards.
