Для осуществления аллогенной трансплантации гемопоэтических стволовых клеток от неродственного Донора костного мозга необходимы регистры, содержащие HLA-фенотипы потенциальных доноров костного мозга. На сегодняшний день в Российской Федерации насчитывается 16 регистров, которые созданы на базе государственных лечебных учреждений и некоммерческих организаций. Тем не менее понятие «потенциальный донор костного мозга» не определено в нормативных документах. В статье предложено определение потенциального неродственного донора костного мозга, проанализированы критерии включения добровольцев в регистры доноров костного мозга.

For the implementation of allogeneic hematopoietic stem cells transplantations from unrelated donors it is necessary to have registers containing HLA phenotypes of potential bone marrow donors. Currently there are 16 registers in the Russian Federation, which are created on the basis of state medical institutions and non-profit organizations. However the concept of “potential bone marrow donor” is not defined in the legal documents. The article presents the definition of a potential unrelated bone marrow donor. The criteria for the inclusion of volunteers in the bone marrow donors registries were analyzed.
