Все участники лечебно-диагностического процесса должны иметь высокий уровень мотивации для достижения максимального уровня эффективного взаимодействия. В данном аспекте интерес представляет изучение факторов, влияющих на мотивацию работников в системе здравоохранения.</p><p>Цель исследования — на основании данных отечественной и зарубежной литературы по мотивации в системе здравоохранения оценить её вклад в повышение эффективности взаимодействия участников лечебно-диагностического процесса.</p><p>В статье проанализированы источники литературы (отечественной и зарубежной), представленные в базах данных Scоpus, Wеb of Science, MеdLine, The Cоchrane Librаry, EMBАSE, Glоbal Heаlth, CybеrLeninka, РИНЦ и др., на основании которых приведены основные положения, касающиеся вопросов мотивации в системе здравоохранения. Рассмотрены текущие проблемы в системе здравоохранения, связанные с мотивацией, и предложены некоторые пути их решения.</p><sec><title>Выводы</title><p>Выводы. С целью повышения эффективности и качества оказания медицинской помощи следует развивать мотивацию всех участников лечебно-диагностического процесса.</p></sec><sec><title>Участие авторов</title><p>Участие авторов: Тимурзиева А.Б. — концепция, основная идея, написание текста, подбор источников и перевод литературы на русский язык, составление списка литературы; Абрамов Ю.Е. — написание текста, составление списка литературы; Линденбратен А.Л. —проверка соответствия основной идеи подобранным источникам литературы, редактирование. All participants in the therapeutic and diagnostic process must have a high level of motivation to achieve the maximum level of effective interaction deserving specific attention. In this aspect, it is necessary to study the factors that influence on the motivation in workers in the Healthcare system.</p><sec><title>The aim of the work</title><p>The aim of the work: based on the data of Russian and foreign literature on motivation in the Healthcare system to evaluate this indicator as the index for increasing the effectiveness of interaction between participants in the therapeutic and diagnostic process.</p><p>The presented article includes the sources of literature (Russian and foreign) presented in the Scopus, Web of Science, MedLine, The Cochrane Library, EMBASE, Global Health, CyberLeninka, RSCI, etc. databases, which demonstrate the main issues concerning motivation in the healthcare system.</p><p>There are considered issues in the healthcare system, related to the motivation and some ways of solving them are proposed.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion.
